The ingredients in our gluten free pancake mix are not organic - it is weirdly difficult to find if you want them to be both certified organic and certified gluten free. (Are you a supplier of organic & gluten free sorghum, cornmeal, potato starch, almond meal or whole teff seeds? Get in touch, we’d love to talk!)
